Order Confirmation:
All orders will be confirmed the day of receipt via email (if email address is included with the order).
Sales Tax:
Appropriate state sales tax will be added to orders shipped to residents of California.
Return Policy:
Talaria Enterprises stands behind its merchandise. All items are returnable within 15 days of the shipping date for a full money back guarantee (excluding shipping charges). If you are not satisfied with an item, you may exchange it or receive a full refund if it is returned in its original condition and packaging. For returning or exchanging an item, please either use the Green Receipt included with your package (back side of this form has return instructions ) or call Talaria Enterprises at (909) 599-6434 for instructions.
Special Orders
Special Orders are not returnable unless special arrangements are made at the time of sale. Special orders will have a restocking fee of 25%.

US Shipping:
All order ships via an insured method. Shipping and handling will automatically be added onto all orders. Except where noted, orders leave the warehouse typically within (3) to (5) business days. In the event of a delay, we will contact you by phone or email. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

International Shipping:
Orders to all other countries will be sent by Air Parcel Post. Shipping charges vary according to the weight of the package. We will advise you by email of the total shipping charges assessed to your credit card. Taxes, duties or customs/brokerage fees associated with ordering merchandise from the US will be the responsibility of the receiver. Please call 626-335-2140 or contact us through our Help Desk if you require an estimated shipping cost prior to ordering.
Gift Message:
On any order, your gift message can be included at no charge. Simply request it in the comment field on the order form and it will be hand written on our elegant gift card.
